Consent on our forms

Every consumer who becomes a lead agrees on our form to be contacted by phone, text and email about the product they asked for. The form names the buyer who will receive the lead, so the consent covers the company that calls.

Verification

Phone numbers are verified by a one-time code sent by SMS before the lead is delivered.

Records

For each lead we keep the date and time, the page and the consent text the consumer saw, and give them to the buyer on request.

Shared leads

When a lead is sold as shared, the consumer's consent names every buyer who receives it, and no lead goes to more than 3 buyers.

Buyer obligations

Buyers agree to call and text only within the consent given, to honor opt-outs and Do Not Call requests, and to follow federal and state telemarketing rules.
