Exclusive
- Delivered to one buyer in real time and never resold.
Shared
- Sent to up to 3 buyers, one at a time, 24 hours apart. Everyone knows it is shared, so it costs less.
Live transfer / inbound call
- The prospect is on the phone and connected to your agent.
Shown appointment
- You pay only when the homeowner is at the appointment.
Aged
- Leads 30 to 90 days old, sold in bulk for texting and calling campaigns.

Order terms
- Test orders from 50 to 100 leads.
- Half upfront, the other half when the order is complete.
- After the first order, weekly billing for the leads delivered.
- Card, ACH or wire. No setup fee, no retainer, no long contract.
- Invalid leads (wrong number, duplicate, outside your filters) are replaced.
