This site describes the services of GG Funding, a trade name of GAB M M LLC. Using the site does not create an order or a contract.

Orders

Every lead order is governed by a written order signed by both parties, with the lead types, filters, quantities, prices and payment terms. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed order, the order prevails.

Prices

Prices on this site are starting prices and can change. The price that applies is the one in your signed order.

Lead use

Buyers must contact leads only for the purpose and products described on the consent the consumer gave, and must follow all laws that apply to them, including the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws and Do Not Call rules.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GAB M M LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site.
